Shipping: We do not take responsibility once the order has been delivered. If you would like your package to be signature required, please select the signature required option at checkout.
Shipping insurance will insure your shoes in route, from when it leave our warehouse, until it is delivered to your door/building. Once UPS marks it as delivered, it will no longer be covered by our shipping insurance.
Our express shipping cut off time is 12pm. There will also be one day of processing before the order will be shipped. Orders ordered after 12pm will have the following day for processing. When possible, we will try to avoid the one day of processing.
Returns and Exchanges: To return or exchange, please follow the steps HERE! Exchanges are free.
Returns: There is a $9.95 restocking fee for US customers and we supply the return label. If the return contains more than one item, an additional charge of $9.95 will be deducted per item returned. We do not take responsibility on returns shipped with your own label. All International orders are final sale.
Shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of receiving your order. The return package must be scanned by the shipping carrier by the 7th day. If shoes are returned after 7 days there will be a restocking fee of 15%. Returns or exchanges after 20 days won't be accepted. Since we offer free exchanges, If you would like to return an exchange already made the fee is $19.90 to help us cover the multiple shipping fees back and forth.
Shoes with a protective plastic under (Spring/Summer Collection) will not be returnable if plastic is taken off.
There is a $20 fee for shoes returned without the box.
Please note that we cannot cancel any orders.
Sale Items: Sale or discounted items (15% off or more) are final sale and can only be exchanged for a different size with a $10 flat shipping cost. Please email [email protected] if you'd like to do so.
