Shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of receiving your order. The return package must be scanned by the shipping carrier by the 7th day. Read our full policy here.
No unfortunately if shoes are returned after 7 days there will be a restocking fee of 15%. Returns or exchanges after 20 days won't be accepted. Since we offer free exchanges, If you would like to return an exchange already made the fee is $15.90.
