Lovely sandals..better responses needed
I really like the shoes. They are a soft leather and very stylish. I have gotten many compliments. In terms of customer service, they shipped very quickly but I had messaged about replacing the shoes with a size 39. I was asked to message them again on Sunday to remind them to swap out the 38 for 39 but I did not receive a response. They sent out a 38 but I could have gone for the 39 for extra space. They never responded to my message again :/
